No guilt. Healthy. Yummy.
2 cups almond milk
1 T hemp seeds
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 T maple syrup
1 frozen banana*
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground nutmeg
pinch of unrefined sea salt or realsalt
Place it all in the Vitamix/ blender until creamy.
* this comes out fairly thin. The frozen banana helps thicken, as well as adding some good organic yogurt.
